Katie (David's best friend's wife) invited me to her 20th birthday, and I took my cousin's with me :) Lauryn knows Katie anyway, because of some ties through her friends. We weren't allowed to wear jeans. The theme was "Roaring 20's" and we were supposed to dress up to match, in Flapper/Gangster outfits. I didn't know the Spirit store was open yet, or I would have went there. Instead Ashley and I went to JcPenney and seriously looked for the tackiest dress we could find, trying to look like a flapper, LOL. Since this one was kind of layered and weird, we picked it. We ended up looking cute in it though :p
My entourage, haha
The birthday girl dancing with her husband.
The girls played poker. This is the point where I got called an effin' lame B for not wanting to play. I don't like poker, I don't know how to play poker, and I don't want to learn how to play poker. For the record, I am 100% girl, and poker is not cute enough for me. I mean, the cards aren't even pink...
Aly (Adam's sister) won the costume contest! :)
Katie Spiteri's birthday cakes. (Moments before I took this, my first picture of her cakes was ruined due to someone purposely sticking their hand in front of my camera and making me take a picture of their fingers. Just throwing that out there so you can see what kind of a night I had..)
I bought her this cool cup, where you can put 2 different drinks in it, because of a divider in there. I got her chocolate milk and orange juice, thinking she'd drink one, then the other. This silly girl took 1 drink of chocolate milk, then 1 of orange juice, and did this the whole time. Grody to me lol.Posted by Heather at 11:55 PM 1 comments
For Ashley's birthday her Mom had a bbq for her at their house. Melissa and her boyfriend Justin cooked the cheeseburgers while we sat around talking and taking pictures. Aniah and Katie played together the whole time, it was cute.
