Katie's Movie Date

Christy and I took the kids to the movies to have a play date. They were so excited to see each other they danced around happily.

 They even matched! Haha.

 Brave was such a cute movie! I think my favorite part was at the end, when Katie said "I hope you never turn into a bear, Mom!" and the whole audience laughed. Too cute. I love this girl.

Katie's Doll

Mary gave Katie a new doll, and Katie loved it so much she slept with it tonight. She's so precious and cute.

Dinner With Cousins

Some of David's family came over for dinner at our house. David cooked cheeseburgers on his new bbq for us =) It was delicious! 

David's nephew Travis is really into guns right now, and he wanted to see David's guns. I think he liked his new one!

Happy Father's Day Daddy!

I'm so glad David is home for Father's Day this year. It was always so boring when Katie and I had no one to celebrate =/

 Katie and I bought David a new bbq for our backyard =) Yum!

Katie and I are so thankful to have David in our lives. We love him so much! I hope he had a great day with us and with his own Dad. I don't know what I would do without this man <3 baby="" boy="" br="" day="" father="" happy="" s="">

Katie's 5th Birthday At Drytown

My little girl is growing up too fast! She wanted to have her birthday at Drytown this year. Her theme was Barbie :p The best part- my family all had season passes already, so I didn't have to pay too much for the party. Everyone who had a pass already was only $6, to pay for their lunch. Awesome.

 They gave the kids some squirters to play with while the party went on.

 Subway for lunch. Everyone got a sandwich, chips and a drink.

 Katie got so many presents! She has such a big loving family.

 After the cake, everyone got ready to SWIM!

 So very thankful for my water camera. It's the best during the summer!

So glad so many people were able to make it! Katie had a blast! Such a fun day with all her family. I cannot believe she is already 5. Time is going by way too fast! I just want her to stay my baby forever and ever.

Katie's Preschool Birthday & Father's Day Lunch

I worked all week getting Katie's birthday party ready for school. She was able to have a great day celebrating her birthday with her friends at school. She dressed in her fancy pink dress and put on her Princess tiara and birthday girl ribbon.

 A delicious Cold Stone cake for my big 5 year old.

 We even decorated the tables =)

 Her teachers made her a birthday crown.

 Miss Maria's daughter Abby came to school with us today to celebrate Katie's big day with her.

 Rachel, Maria, and Christy even brought presents for Katie =)

 Her pinata. Only cost $10 at Vallarta. That's a good deal. The candy and toys, on the other hand, is where it got expensive! lol.

 After all the kids had a turn hitting the pinata, they let Katie break it last =)

 Since Katie has been watching Jake and the Neverland Pirates, and they say "aw coconuts!" she has been asking me for a coconut. Miss Maria solved the problem buying her a coconut cup, haha. Katie loved it!

 I bought pizza for Katie's class for lunch, and her teacher also happened to throw the Father's Day lunch the same day. So Miss Dee bought some and I bought some, and the kids had a great lunch with their Daddy's.

 While I was just in my classroom being bored. lol. I took a purple hair piece from Katie's pinata to play around with :p

I hope my Princess had a super fun day! Can't wait for her party with her family. Love my girl so much!
