Congrats on the Apartment!

Anthony, Ashleigh, Hannah, Madison, and Daniel got an apartment together, their first time on their own, out of their parent's house. It looks nice :) Mary bought them a cake and we all brought house-warming presents for them. They got a lot of stuff! :)

They have a little area for the kids' toys and they spent most of their time there :p
Madison's hiding in the corner hoping no one will spot her eating a crayon lol
The girls got shoo'ed to the corner where the door is, the only spot that didn't have carpet in the living room. I guess they're labeled as "messy" lolMadison's face makes me laugh here :)
Happy new apartment! :)
Leaving to go home :) Bye you guys!

Snow White in Theaters

My Mom and I took Katie to Hollywood to see Snow White at the El Capitan theater. Snow White is Katie's favorite movie, and it is so funny watching it with her. She gets so excited about the "mean witch" and the "yucky apple." I'm pretty sure Katie was the loudest in the theater! We ended up making it there 5 minutes after it started (I thought it started a half hour later, and thought I was early! Ha!) so we missed Snow White coming out on stage, and got there just as the movie was starting. Katie was narrating the whole movie, telling people what was happening, it was adorble (to me at least! haha).
Katie loves Mickey Mouse (and his house :p)
Katie loved hopping from light to light. The lights would go on and off so Katie kept hopping to whatever light was on at that second :p
Katie loved the escalator and made us take her on it more than once!

Katie had a fun day, I'm glad she was able to go.

Desiree's Birthday

For Desiree's 24th birthday Mary had sandwiches and cake at her house. The kids had fun playing together, until they started fighting like always :p Mary got Desiree a fruit arrangement from Edible Arrangements, and everyone liked it a lot. Yummy!

Mary and her Grandkids.
My Mom and Mary had the kids dress up in costumes so they could take pictures to sell them on eBay. They came out cute I think! :)

Something smells fishy around here...
Everyone's favorite elephant, Dumbo!
The lion from Wizard of Oz, full of Courage!
Scarecrow :p
Cold Stone=Awesome cake.
Happy 15th Birthday David! Haha. This kid has blown out the candles on more birthday cakes than a 40yr old :p
Trick candles kept the kids trying and trying to get the flame out :p
What kind of kid picks fruit over cake? A good one! Haha
"That looks like my gums will love it...give it here!"
"Let me be the judge of how good this is..."
"Mmm, what is this?"
"Someone stole my fruit!" :(

My Daughter Is A Silly, But A Cute Silly

Me: What do you want to watch on tv with me?
Katie: Max & Ruby. No, Dora!
Me: Which one do you want?
Katie: What ever.

*Sticks hand in pull-up*
Katie: Look Mama, pudding!
Me: You think pudding grows free in your butt? Ewwww come on, you need to take a bath!

For the past week Katie has been saying "eyeball" in this weird voice, and cracking up every time. What the heck? She's a weirdo :p

*Puts a towel over my small fan on the floor*
Katie: The wind is cute!

*Trying to get Katie to start peeing in the toilet*
Me: I'm gonna pee in the toilet, because I'm a big girl.
Katie: Good job Mama! High Five!

She has been cracking me up this past week. I wonder what goes on in her head, lol.

The Gentle Barn

The Gentle Barn is a cute place that helps abused animals. They take them in and take care of them. It cost $5 to get in, and you can stay until they close. You're allowed to pet every animal and can feed carrots to the horses for $1 per bag. The kids each got a bag and it lasted them over an hour.

Katie was more brave than most adults there. Everyone was being very careful to feed the horses with their palms up, so the horse won't accidently bite them I guess. Katie stuck half her hand in the horse's mouth while shoving a carrot in there for them haha. She's so funny. Every time she fed a horse, she'd crack up and tell me "He likes it!" lol. If the horse was too high to reach her carrot, she would tell the horse "Go here!" and pat the lower bar. Some listened. Sometimes I had to pick her up so they could reach her. Funny.
Goats are vicious and will steal your carrots, and headbutt you if you don't give them one. Poor David experienced that today.
Llama's don't like carrots. And they're shy. Pigs are lazy. And don't move at all.
The kids were allowed to brush the cows.
This picture cracked me up lol.
