Talia's Birthday

Katie got invited to another birthday! Her friend Talia, from school, invited her. I matched the girls in yellow dresses =) They looked so pretty.The party was in Rosamond, and there was so much traffic because of the Blue Angels show at the Fairgrounds. But we finally got there, and were not the last to arrive, thank goodness =)

 I love the new photo booths people are doing at parties. I think they're super cute.

 The kids played while Emma was busy spilling nacho cheese all over my pants. Bummmerrr. It wiped off nice and easy at least. She is starting to grab at everything and anything around her! Too cute, and too much trouble. Haha.

 They played games like Duck Duck Goose and Tag and things. It was a cute party. I'm glad we went =)

Ashleigh's Birthday

My Grandma had a cake at her house for Ashleigh's birthday. There are so many birthdays in March! Aye Aye Aye! Between my family and David's, we're swamped with birthdays! It was fun though. It was a small one, just us, and Katie was having a good time playing with the girls. Emma was cute of course, and liked watching the girls play.

 We ended the night with Katie getting ready for bed in her new pajamas that match her American Girl doll =)

Emma's 1st St. Patrick's Day

For St. Patrick's Day we didn't do too much. Katie had school, and after we just went to my Mom's for a little bit. Desiree bought Emma a cute shirt, and I picked out Katie's because she has a dress down week at school, each day with it's own theme. Today's was St. Patrick's Day themed. They played on the swing for a bit before we went home. Emma likes it a lot, and Katie likes when Emma gets off. lol.

Michael's Birthday Dinner

For Michael's birthday, Kelly invited everyone to their house for dinner. The kids all brought their swim suits and playing in the unheated jacuzzi.

 Emma wanted to go all the way in! Haha.

Nice party. I like watching the kids play together. I'm always happy when Katie's having a good time =)

Abby's 7th Birthday

Katie was invited to her friend Abby's 7th birthday at Lazy T Ranch. It was a really fun party for all the kids.

 They had a lot of neat things for the kids to do. Little handmade rides and things.

 Towards the end of the party, each kid got a turn going around the track on a horse. My little stinker got so excited and said "I've never been on a horse before!!" when she very much HAS! lol. Oh well =/ So much for all that money I spent on each horse ride she's ever been on, lol.

The party was really fun, the kids really liked it. I had to leave just a little bit early, since we had Michael's birthday right after. I'm glad Katie had a good time with her friends =)

Halfway

My little baby is halfway through with her first year, halfway to her first birthday. She's growing up so quickly! She's so funny, laughing and smiling, getting so happy when she sees her big sister. I just love her so much!

Contentment

Katie received an award today at school. Every child gets a chance at Student of the Month at her school, for different reasons. Last year, Katie was noticed for Excitement. This year, Contentment- being happy with what she has. I love my beautiful girl so much, and I'm so thankful for her and her warm heart everyday. She's the best thing that has happened to me. I'm proud of you Katie, everyday. I love watching you grow into a wonderful girl.

Blake's 19th Birthday

We celebrated Blake's 19th birthday at my Grandma's house. Just a simple night together. The kids played, we ate, had cake. It was a nice time. I like hanging out and chatting with everyone.

Girl Scout's St. Patrick's Party

Our leader didn't realize we had another week before St. Patrick's Day, so she scheduled our party a week early :p We all brought something for the kids to eat and they made a cute rainbow craft.

Happy 28th!!

Lynn was nice enough to host David's birthday for me. I have a horrible complex with having tons of people over at the same time, or any people really, but especially a lot of people! Haha. Drives me looney just thinking about  the mess. Katie played nicely with Travis, and the girls made wallets and bracelets and things and charged everyone for them. I think they made a good profit.

 I made David's birthday cake this year, and I was super nervous about it, because how embarrassing if no one likes it, right? Haha. But they all said they liked it, so hopefully they weren't just trying to be nice :p I liked it though! Homemade cake is yummy!

 Karli and Annabelle made David a bow-tie out of duct tape for his birthday. One of their many talents. His brother also gave him some Coldcock Whiskey stuff, from his band's sponsor.

I hope David had a nice birthday! Love this man so very much, it's nice being able to grow up together and be there for all the big moments. 30 will be somethin'! I do not like getting old!

Girl Scout Cookie Booth

 We were signed up to sell Girl Scout Cookies at the booth they had inside the mall. I was thankful it couldn't rain on us, or get hot or windy or anything! We were hoping to get a lot of sales in the mall, but instead we only sold a few boxes, maybe 15 each =/ Still a cool experience, the costumes were cute. Every bit helps Katie get to her 500 goal!

Amazing Bubble Show

I saw tickets for a bubble show on Groupon, for only $12 in Santa Monica, and I thought to myself, how cool! Katie would love this! So I paid the $36 and we went together =) It was a lot smaller than I thought it would be, but super cute. My only regret is that we had to sit in the middle so they didn't pick Katie as a volunteer and she was pretty bummed about that. We all had a great time though.

 We stopped for ice cream after, and not just to get my parking validated ;) hahaha.

Mary and Desiree got these cute shirts for the girls for Christmas. Love them!
