As soon as we got there we headed for the train. David bought a smashed penny while we waited for our turn to get on.
The kids both liked the train a lot!

After the ride Mary wanted to go to the gift shop to get them something, but they both wanted a lot haha. So she settled for train whistles and punch balloons.

After that we went to go to Griffith park, where we found another train and pony rides. Katie wasn't too sure about the pony's at first, but then she went on. David liked them the whole time :) He was in front, so he kept looking back to see Katie :p They had fun!

After the ponies Mary bought us snow cones. Yum!
Next, we went on the train. We were second in line so we didn't get the VERY front, but still, we were up there. David did NOT like being second. He wouldn't look up or get excited during the whole train ride.

Others...did not.
Because of this, Mary bought more tickets to go on a second time, so David could be first. His reaction?
Unfortunately, David was tired after our trip, and he cried for 20 minutes for a train set on the drive home haha. Kids are funny.
Just in case you missed it, my camera broke! Most of my pictures from today have a black spot on them, like this one. My Mom took it back and got me a new one, but I'm bummed some cute pictures got ruined! :/

When 3 rolled by we went to pick up Lauryn from school and headed over to the walking park. Katie slept for a while and then we went to the mall to pick out a present for Karin's birthday. We ended up letting Katie play in the play area at the mall and she met some friends :p A random little boy hugged her, another little girl thought her Wubbzy crocs were the coolest. She had fun :) Her favorite thing to do was crawl through the little tunnel over and over haha. She's cute :)

Lauryn and I have been going walking together everyday lately. Ashley texted me and asked if she could go too, so I went to pick her up from Kim's house, and she asked if Aniah could come too. So we took both babies with us :)
I had already gone walking with my Mom earlier, so I was getting more miles in for my day :) I'm bored since David is gone and I've been walking everyday so far almost :p Aniah and Katie were doing really good at first, sitting in their strollers, drinking their juice and eating their snacks. Then all of a sudden Aniah wanted out, so then I HAD to take Katie out too, or she'd be ticked haha.

Aniah was running all over the place, copying all the joggers going by, and Katie kept trying to hold her hand, but Aniah didn't like it I guess, she kept pulling her hand away from Katie and saying "no." Ashley said she can't stand feeling like her hand is dirty or something. They had fun though, we went around 3 times for 2.1 miles with 2 kids. That was the best we could do before it was time to GO! Katie insisted on pushing Aniah's stroller at 1 mph and Aniah kept running off making Ashley chase her, so we called it a day lol.
Glad we got some exercise in though :p I had fun with my cousins :)

The hosts were getting tired by this point, so they were getting speedy. Right after the pinata they did the cake. The birthday girl got her own small one, and then everyone had a big one to share. It was decorated so cute :)
They didn't open the presents at the party (My favorite part :/ ) She got a lot though. My friend read online that it's not good to open presents at a kid's birthday, because all of the guest's kids will be sad and want presents too....but I say oh well! lol. I wanted to see her open them :/ I've never been to a party that didn't open them before, I was sad about that.
