$100

I've been saving my change in a jar for Katie for about a year now. Keep in mind, I always use my debit card, and hardly ever use cash! So it took me a year, but I finally saved up $100 for her in her jar. I was excited :) I haven't spent one cent from it, it's Katie's money. I don't keep pennies, they just take up space to me. I only put nickels, dimes, and quarters in there for her. My Mom bought me this bank that counts your change when you put it in the slot, so that's how I know exactly how much is in there lol.

It's only about half full, so I'm going to keep putting change in there until it fills up, then I think I'm going to open a juvenille accout for her, and add her money every time the jar fills up. Hopefully she'll have a lot of money in there for herself when she gets older lol. Enough to help buy her a car or something when she's old enough to drive :p
