Disneyland With Daddy

We took Katie to Disneyland so David could enjoy it with her before he left. We had a good day. We got there after the heat was dying down and it wasn't too crowded at all. Katie picked the Matterhorn for her first ride :)

On our way to Toontown, we saw that the Princess Faire now does Storytime. Different Princess' tell their story throughout the day. We got there just in time to hear Snow White.

For Katie's birthday, my Mom gave her a Disney gift card. I let Katie pick out a toy and she picked a Tinkerbell Polly Pocket doll and a Cinderella Pez candy...lol.

Eclipse

Lauryn, Oscar, David and I went to see the Twilight Trilogy They played all 3 movies, 5 minutes apart. We had to wait in line for a long time because it was so packed early in the day. We got there at about 3 and waited until 6:30 when they finally let us in to take our seats.

Lauryn thought this lady was hilarious for bringing a canopy when she wasn't in the sunlight to begin with.

We bought these cups outside for $1 :) They were out of Jacob cups though :/

They also did a raffle for us before it began. They gave away shirts, hats, posters, and buttons. They called at least 40 winners. Oscar won a button and a poster but he gave it to me, because boys don't like Twilight. lol.

Here is my handsome husband who gets credit for sitting through all 3 movies with me, even though he damaged our bank account with buying food every 30 mins. Nachos, pretzel, 2 hot dogs, soda, popcorn, you name it, he ate it.

The movie was awesome, now I'm waiting for the next one!

Jennifer's New Condo

Jennifer and Preston invited us over for a bbq at their new condo.

Katie ate her bread and corn. She's funny.

We had a nice time visiting and Katie had tons of fun playing hide-and-seek with Preston and Jennifer. Katie kept hiding in the same spot she found them in, made me laugh. She's a cute girl.

Warped Tour: Ventura, CA

David, Jennifer, Preston, and I went to Warped Tour together this year. We got there just as David's favorite band ended. Bummer.

We ran into Brian there, a guy we met years back who got David his job at the hospital. Pretty cool.

David's brothers Bobby and Steven also went, but they went a lot earlier than us and were able to enjoy  the show! *jealous*

Welcome Home David

David's family threw him a party at Bobby's house for being home. Katie was able to play with her cousins and David was introduced to the Wii. His Mom and him were competing, cracked me up.

David had a nice time seeing his family :)

Can We Go To The Mall?

Katie loves the mall, she knows there's a playground in there. She's always asking me if we can go. She meets friends every time, she's a friendly girl.

We went to visit the kids because David hadn't seen them since he came home yet. They played guns and had a good time together :)

David and I took Katie to the park to get out of the house and have a fun time. She loved it :)
