Valannie's Party

Saturday Katie, my Aunt Mary, and I went to a birthday party for a little girl that was in the class I worked in. She turned 5. It was pretty fun. Lots of games for the kids. The family was really nice. Katie played pin the cheese on the rat (It was a Ratatoullie party), and the Mom there let her win. She picked a prize from the box (a noise making thing lol) and started shaking it smiling. It was so cute. I'm glad she's getting older and more fun. I love watching her grow everyday, and learn things. She's such a sweet kid (most of the time, haha). They had a craft, putting colored sand into bottles. & even had the kids "cook" because of the theme. They "cooked" pudding cups, they mushed oreos into it, and added gummy worms. It was cute for the kids. I ate one too, haha :) Katie also played potato sack race, bowling, a bean bag toss, and got candy from the pinata. The party lasted a long time and Katie was so tired by the time it was over, she fell asleep in Mary's arms. I'm glad I went.
