Friday, the 24th, David, Katie, Desiree, Dave Dave, my Mom, and I went to Mickey'sTrick-or-Treat night at California Adventure. Tons of fun! I will for sure go again next year :) David and I left around 3, right after I got out of work and to get my check and all that, because it just happened to be payday. The traffic was horrible! We finally got there around 6:15. It takes at least 15 mins to get to the park from the parking structure, because you have to walk to the tram, wait for your turn, then take the ride over. When we got to Downtown Disney, David got something to eat and I got a large water that I drank in 3 minutes from thirst lol. My Mom and Desiree got there a little bit after. We went into the park and met them at the stroller station. David and Katie were dressed as Mickey & Minnie. They both looked so cute! We went to go to a candy station first, and they put a handful in each of our bags. There were candy stations scattered around the park, and dance spots as well, where characters would dance with all the kids. It was a lot of fun. Katie and David danced with Scully from Monster's Inc. and the Incredibles (the Mom & Dad only). We went on a few rides, Katie liked them a lot! The only one she was a little scared of was the Monster's Inc. ride. She was clutching David lol. My Mom went and bought Katie and David kid's meals to eat. David got a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and Katie got some rice. The kids got a lot of candy, and were getting tired towards the end, so we were getting ready to go. We wanted to go on Soaring Over California one time real quick, and since Katie was too little, my Mom stayed off with her and got her some milk for her bottle. It's a pretty cool ride. It was David's first time on it. While in line, Dave Dave insisted on sitting next to me, he's cute. I'm glad I went. I wish the pictures weren't so dark, but what can you expect at night? lol. At the end of the night, while we were about to walk out of the park, we saw them doing a parade. Turnsout, it wasn't really a "parade" it was a bunch of characters dancing in between 2 floats, and the kids there got to dance with them. David ran and joined in lol. He's so funny. Fun night!
