Thank you Pinterest for this neat idea! And thank you Dollar Tree for letting me get it all for $4 ;p All I had to do was open up a highlighter and put it in the water. David had a black light in the garage already, perfect! Katie was having so much fun playing with the Glow Water!
But we were attracting too many flying bugs so we had to move it indoors!
