Mary invited us to hang out with her and John today. I had to take Katie to school, but then I met up with her. We took Emma and John to the pet store to look at the animals, and then headed to Party City next door. The kids picked out balloons and a water bottle to take to the park with us. Mary had packed bread and the kids fed the ducks, but the wild geese always come out on full force and scare us away, this time was no exception lol. The playground was fun though, and the kids had a good time. After we lost all the balloons to trees and sneaky kids, we left the park and went to Chuck E. Cheese for an hour before I had to pick up Katie from school. Emma likes John, she had a fun day with him. It's good for them to play and get to know each other.

I Love Party City
Katie and I stopped at the store after work today. Party City has so many funny things to play with. I like taking Katie there. Hilarious. She always thinks she's so cool when I let her pick out those little candies for a dollar. She gets 15 pieces for that price, and she always chooses carefully. :p

Chucks, Winnie, and a Balloon
The new Winnie the Pooh movie is out! Katie is ready with her shirt and Winnie cup. But first, lets go have lunch at Chuck E. Cheese until it starts.
Time for the movie!
I thought it was pretty cute. The adults were in the Winnie mood, and we were thinking, we should take the kids to Party City to get red balloons, just like Pooh had!
The kids had other ideas though. Pink is cool, too, I guess...
Summer days are awesome.
