Coloring Eggs...

What a fiasco! Haha. Desiree, David, Katie, Blake, and I went to my Mom's house to dye eggs. She also made sugar cookies. While we were waiting for her to get all the eggs ready to be colored, the kids ate cookies and played in the backyard.

Katie, yelling for "turn" on the roller coaster.When David got bored outside, he was all about doing eggs. He touched everything he could possibly touch while anxiously waiting lol. He was excited to color the eggs :p

My Mom brought everything out and the kids got started. Katie didn't really know what to do, so my Mom was showing her. David got right on it, and wanted every color, right away! We tried having them do 1 color at a time, but soon enough David had a whole row of all the colors in front of him with an egg in each one (while Katie had 1 color and kept putting her eggs in it for 1 second and then pulling them right out with her hands lol). Katie was too little to do eggs last year, so this was her first time :) After a while, I guess she got bored, because as soon as she pulled her egg out of the cup, she would throw it on the ground and crack it :/ She did it a few times before we finally distracted her with something else lol. Kids are funny.

After the eggs, we were bored, taking random pictures. Then we Desiree, Blake, Katie, David, and I drove to Acton and ate at Don Cuco's :) Yum! But oh my gosh, with 2 kids.... ahhh! lol :/
