Mother's Day

For Mother's Day my Mom, Katie, Dave Dave, and I went to the beach. As soon as we got there the kids wanted to go in the water.

The water was too cold for my bones, but the kids had fun and my Mom went in with them.After about an hour we walked back to the car to put everything away and get the kids changed, clean, and dry.

We were hungry so we walked the pier to eat at Ruby's. There was an hour wait, so we walked around for a while, letting the kids look around.

Once inside, a man was handing flowers out to all the Mom's. Katie and David ate some of their food, and then we all ordered sundaes.

We ended the day letting them play at the small park they have there. The kids had a fun day and so did I! The weather was nice, cool and windy. I can't wait to go to the beach 100 more times this summer :)HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!
