For the 4th we went to David's Dad's house. David and I bought a couple fireworks for Katie, mostly just sparklers, that way she could hold them and have more fun. We hung out until it got dark. 
My Mom called and wanted to see Katie do fireworks too, so she met us over there with Ashley. We started about 9pm, the same time as the high school started their show. After the first firework Katie said "How boring" and we cracked up. When we started doing the sparklers she had more fun.
