100 Days Of Second Grade

Katie's school celebrates the 100th day of school every year, by holding a parade and releasing 100 balloons into the sky. This year, Katie was able to be in the parade as a Cheerleader. I think only the Cheerleaders and Kindergartners participate in the parade, while everyone else watches.
Of course she was her usual fun self during the parade haha.
She was so beautiful in her outfit. I was so thankful I was able to do a decent pony haha. I tried to curl it, but for some reason, it never stays very long, even though I use hairspray. I suck at doing hair =/
Katie and some of her friends.
I'm always thankful I'm about to make it out to these things to support Katie. Thankful to David for working so hard to allow me to do these things for our kids. It really does make Katie feel better to see Emma and I there watching her at her events. I love that girl so much.

100 Days of First Grade

Katie celebrated her 100 Days of School today. They walked in a parade and wore their hats they made. Emma and I stayed to celebrate with her.
Zero the Hero made an appearance too.
The kids thought it was sooo funny when one of the balloon bunches got tangled in the wires :p
The morning was nice, I can't believe school is more than halfway over! Katie is growing up tooo fast!! I love my smart girl! She gets A's in school and she does really well reading, and she's just so great. If only she didn't talk too much in class, she'd be absolutely perfect =)

100 Days Of Kindergarten

Katie's school celebrated the one hundredth day of school. She even had a project to do, 100 of something on the paper the teacher sent home. My Mom thought of this creative idea.
I found special bows for her on Etsy.

10 teachers were given bundles of 10 balloons each.
Katie's class made hats and masks for the event.
They had a small parade around some of the classrooms.
 Zero the Hero showed up.
At the end of the celebration, the balloons (10 bundles of 10) were released into the air.

Katie was super excited. I'm glad it was early enough for me to go too! Even my Mom came. Katie gets excited when I come. I wasn't able to make it to the pajama Valentine party this year, and she was sad about it. She told me the other Moms were there, but she couldn't see me =/ I had to be at work early for my class' party =/

Thanks for reading my blog!
