Elves Like Minecraft Too

When your elf is up playing Minecraft on the xbox while everyone in the house is asleep. Haha.

Sparkle Is Back!

Sparkle made her first appearance this morning, right on time on December 1st. Katie was so super excited. Sparkle brought us a movie night, with the Elf on the Shelf dvd and snacks.

Guess we know what we're doing tonight after dinner!

Sparkle's Last Surprise

For Sparkle's grand finale, she brought Katie a special present that Katie has been wanting. A Jake and the Neverland Pirates sword. I can't wait until she finds it. She's going to be so excited. Sadly, this is Sparkle's last night with us. She'll be flying back to the North Pole tonight, until next December. We're going to miss her!

Late Night Board Game

I guess Sparkle got a little lonely, because she gathered up a few friends to play with last night. They must have snuck into Katie's room and got one of her board games out to play.

Sparkle Is So Fun

I think we all love Sparkle. She's so fun. Katie gets so excited to find her everyday. She seems to have all kinds of fun while we're sleeping the night away.

Sparkle's Chair

When Katie woke up, she found Sparkle had made a chair out of all the presents under the tree, and was hanging out with Justin Bieber. Haha, cute.

Katie's Special Elf

An Elf came to live with Katie. She came with a book, that tells all about her visit, called "The Elf on the Shelf." Katie was able to choose a name for her, which is Sparkle. Apparently, Sparkle is here to watch Katie and report back to Santa about the bad and good choices she makes. Sparkle also does things at night while we sleep. She gets bored when she's not busy watching Katie. Sometimes she does nice things, and apparently, sometimes she does naughty things. Like tonight, when she tp'd our Christmas tree. Hmmm. Sparkle leaves on Christmas Day. Lets see how the last few days go, hopefully she comes earlier next year, on Dec. 1 like they're supposed to :p Because she sure seems fun!
