Katie and I went to visit my Grandma and Dave Dave since I had the day off work due to Veteran's Day. All school district employees had Monday and Tuesday off :) Desiree was taking a test in LA for a new job, so she wasn't home. I bought David some crayons for the bath tub. I saw them at Wal-Mart and since Katie likes hers so much I thought David would too. As soon as I gave them to him, he told GG he wants to take a bath. He's funny. So of course Katie wants in too. They played together, drawing all over the walls in the tub. David started getting restless and stretching out all over the tub, squishing Katie to the end lol. Then GG comes home from a quick run to the cake store, and shows Katie a cookie, then puts it back in the wrapper since Katie's in the tub. Katie automatically put her head down, and her hands over her face, so she looked oh-so-sad. GG thought it was funny, but Mommy gives in too easily, so I took Katie out and dressed her so she could eat her cookie. David got out too so he could eat his too. They were happy with their cookies, then they saw the cake! They each got a small piece, Katie had to have her own since she's on her new "feeding herself" kick. I took the strawberries out because she's allergic, and she chowed. The kids are cute together. Katie and David are best friends. After they ate we went to play outside. Blake and I were teasing David, playing Monkey in the Middle with a big blue ball he had, but when we finally gave him the ball, he gave it back to us and said "again" lol. I guess he liked it :p Katie was in the swing for a bit, but then she got bored and started pushing a dump truck thing around. Then she found a small slide and kept trying to climb up it, instead of using the stairs. I just kept helping her on it. She's a silly girl. I had a relaxing fun day off with them. But I had school that night, so I had to leave and take Katie to my Mom's until I got off. She had fun with her though, she always does.
