My Wonser Birthday

For my birthday with David's family we chose to go to Vince's Pizza so the kids could play and have fun. Even if it's my birthday, I still want my kid to have fun. And boy did she!

 Katie LOVES the bumper cars, so Mommy forked over some money for the kids to be able to go on a few times. She had so much fun!!

Had a fun night =) Glad  Katie was able to play with her cousins.

Jake's Homecoming

Well, the Lab came home to our house today. We officially have a dog. Katie decided to name him Jake, after Jake and the Neverland Pirates. David and Katie were playing with him and welcoming him home. She was very excited to have a dog.

Co-Worker Birthday Dinner

Some of my co-workers took me to dinner for my birthday. Christy, Rachel, and Maria, and the kids =) Katie had fun playing with the girls, it was pretty empty since it was a Tuesday night, so they were able to play around our area a bit without bothering anyone. We went to Texas Cattle Co. in Lancaster.

Thanks for dinner you guys, so sweet of you! I enjoyed hanging out with you and talking =)

My Birthday At Olive

It's my birthday! After work we all met at Olive Garden with my family. Katie got fancy in a pretty dress for the occasion.

Our New Lab

Katie and David have been harassing me for a dog. I do not like dogs. I do not want one in my backyard, I want to be able to go out there without being sniffed or jumped on. But they really want one. So I caved and told David as long as it doesn't come in the house, we'll get a dog. David wanted to rescue one from the pound so we all drove down together. We let Katie pick the dog she wanted. I tried to persuade her to get a cute tiny little pup, but she really wanted this black Lab.

 They let us go in a small fenced area to see if we got along with the dog before buying it. David and Katie liked him, so we paid for him and waited to pick him up in a few days after they gave him his shots and everything.

For our 3 year anniversary, I bought tickets for David and I to go see his favorite comedian, Daniel Tosh.0. His show was at the Santa Barbara Bowl, and it was hilarious. Offensive and rude, but so funny. The best present to give him is something fun we can do together! We both enjoyed it so much, we had an awesome night together. So fun! =)

Learning Tree's Luau

Our school combined classes for our end of the year party, on account of Katie's class only had a tiny bit of students left after they all went to Kindergarten. Miss Maria wanted to have it outside, but oh my goodness it was hot! I was not a happy camper trying to get everyone their lunch and desserts! lol. A Mom made these cute beach cupcakes for us!
